CA Installation

We design and deliver Controlled Atmosphere installations tailored to the crop, cultivar, storage window, and site constraints. We recommend the right combination of O₂, CO₂, ethylene, and humidity control technology so the room holds its atmosphere predictably over a multi-month campaign.

Gas-Tight Doors

CA rooms are only as tight as their openings. We specify and coordinate gas-tight doors from leading manufacturers, detail the seals, frames, and pressure equalization, and integrate them with the panel system so atmosphere loss stays within the target leak-rate budget.

Gas Tightness & Envelope Sealing

Every panel joint, penetration, wall-to-ceiling transition, and door opening is detailed and sealed for CA performance. We supply and install high-quality sealing materials, flash-tested assemblies, and pressure-relief valves to hold the envelope within spec and pass the pressure-decay test.

Refrigeration Design

Refrigeration is selected and sized for the produce load, pull-down requirement, and long-term holding conditions — not just a nameplate number. We engineer evaporators, suction groups, defrost strategy, and humidity control so temperature and RH stay on target inside a sealed CA room.

Planning a Keeping Complex

For new facilities, we plan the full keeping complex — CA and regular storage, sorting and grading lines, intermediate holding, shipping docks, offices, and staff areas — around your site, access, throughput, and phasing. The goal is a layout that works in year one and still works ten harvests later.

Design & Engineering

We produce detailed specifications and construction-ready drawings for cold store construction, refrigeration selection, gas-tight door schedules, CA equipment integration, and controls. Documentation is prepared for permitting, tendering, and a clean hand-off to the build team.
